Bands

Stuur een demo naar ons adres met twee of drie eigen nummers, mail ze, of geef een link door waarop de nummers zijn te downloaden. Je krijgt twintig minuten speeltijd met je band en mag maximaal één cover spelen. Tenminste 1 bandlid moet studeren. De band mag niet in het bezit zijn van een platencontract. We behouden ons het recht om de criteria aan te passen.
Optredens: zaterdag 5 juni, Crea Muziekzaal, 20.00 – 23.00 uur.

Send your demo (2 – 3 songs) to [email protected]. You’ll have 20 minutes to play with your band and you are only permitted to play one cover. At least one of the band members should study. You can’t join the competition if you’re already signed to a record label.

Dans
Je danst solo of met een groep een stuk van maximaal acht minuten. Je wordt door ons uitgenodigd voor een auditie. Minstens 25% van de deelnemers moeten in Amsterdam studeren. We behouden ons het recht om de criteria aan te passen.
Optredens: zaterdag 5 juni, Universiteitstheater, 16.30 – 19.00 uur.

DJ

Stuur een demo naar ons adres met maximaal 30 minuten materiaal, mail deze, of geef een link door waarop het materiaal is te downloaden. Als deelnemer moet je studeren in Amsterdam.
Optredens: zaterdag 5 juni, vanaf 22.00 uur.

Fotografie
Stuur 1 tot 4 foto’s het liefst per post naar ons adres, anders via de e-mail. De foto’s hoeven nog niet op exposeerbare grootte te zijn. Het thema dat fotografen dit jaar meekrijgen is ‘Killing Time’. Als je meerdere foto’s opstuurt kunnen we natuurlijk beter zien hoe goed jij als fotograaf bent, maar we zijn van plan om 1 foto per persoon te exposeren. Als deelnemer moet je studeren in Amsterdam.
Expositie-tijd: zaterdag 5 juni, Crea 2, 12.30 – 23.00 uur.

Hiphop

Stuur een demo op naar ons adres met jouw zelfgeschreven hiphopact of mail deze (of geef een link door waar de nummers te downloaden zijn). Geef daarbij aan of je scratcht, mc’t, beatboxt, en of je (break)dansers of DJs meeneemt. In overleg is veel mogelijk. Als je individueel mee doet moet je studeren aan een van de Amsterdamse schoolinstellingen. Als je met een groep meedoet moet minstens 25% van de deelnemers in Amsterdam studeren. We behouden ons het recht om de criteria aan te passen.
Optredens: zaterdag 5 juni, Crea Muzielzaal, 16.00 – 19.00 uur.

Klassieke muziek
Je wordt uitgenodigd voor een auditie. Je mag maximaal vijftien minuten spelen. Als je met een ensemble wilt meedoen, moet minstens 25% van de deelnemers studeren in Amsterdam. We behouden ons het recht om de criteria aan te passen.
Optredens: zaterdag 5 juni, Perdu, 20.30 – 23.00 uur.

Jazz

Je wordt geselecteerd op basis van een auditie (2 nummers).
Als groep moet minstens 25% van de deelnemers in Amsterdam studeren.
We behouden ons het recht om de criteria aan te passen.
Optredens: vrijdag 4 juni, podium buiten voor Crea, 18.00 – 20.30 uur.

Kleinkunst
Je doet vooraf auditie en krijgt vijftien tot twintig minuten podiumtijd. Als je individueel mee doet moet je studeren aan een van de Amsterdamse schoolinstellingen. Als je met een groep meedoet moet minstens 25% van de deelnemers in Amsterdam studeren. Het optreden dat je geeft tijdens de auditie zal tevens het optreden zijn op het festival. We behouden ons het recht om de criteria aan te passen.
Optredens: zaterdag 5 juni, Universiteitstheater, 19.30 – 22.30 uur.

If you want to join the competition as a group, at least one of you should study in Amsterdam. Your audition piece should be the piece you intend to perform at the festival itself.

Theatersport
Aanmelden kan als team van vier á vijf personen. Minstens 25% van de deelnemers moet in Amsterdam studeren. We behouden ons het recht om de criteria aan te passen. We gaan ervan uit dat je ervaring hebt met theatersport, dus de regels van het spel kent.
Optredens: vrijdag 4 juni, Universiteitstheater, 22.30 – 01.00 uur.

Korte film
Lever je film aan op DVD of CD voor de voorselectie (stuur deze naar ons adres). Je korte film mag maximaal 20 minuten duren en mag geen documentaire zijn. Wanneer de film niet Engels of Nederlands gesproken is, is ondertiteling verplicht. Daarnaast moet de film op naam staan van een Amsterdamse student. Bijgevoegd ontvangen wij graag informatie over de regisseur (opleiding etc) en het budget en een korte samenvatting.
Vertoning: vrijdag 4 juni, buitenbioscoop voor Crea, 22.30 – 01.00 uur.
Send your film (on DVD/CD) to our postal addresss (you can find this on the website). This short film should be approximately 20 minutes (no documentaries). If the film isn’t Dutch or English spoken, you must add subtitles. The film should be made by an Amsterdam student. We would also like to receive some information on the director, the budget and a short synopsis of the film.
Viewing: Friday the 4th of June, Open-air Cinema outside Crea, 22.30 – 01.00 pm.

Poëzie
Stuur minimaal drie Nederlandstalige gedichten in per e-mail als Worddocument met daarbij een korte introductie. De gedichten mogen niet eerder gepubliceerd zijn. Wat de lengte betreft is het handig om te weten dat we van je verwachten dat je alle drie de gedichten op de avond zelf kunt voordragen. Als deelnemer moet je studeren in Amsterdam.
Voordrachten: zaterdag 5 juni, Perdu, 14.00 – 16.30 uur.

SingerSongwriter
Begeleid door maximaal één persoon, of jezelf, breng je jouw zelfgeschreven tekst en muziek ten gehore. Ieder optreden duurt tien minuten. Je wordt geselecteerd aan de hand van een auditie (2 nummers). Er is een piano aanwezig. Als deelnemer moet je student zijn in Amsterdam. Stuur je songteksten mee! We behouden ons het recht om de criteria aan te passen.
Optredens: vrijdag 4 juni, Universiteitstheater, 19.00 – 22.00 uur.
